Crafted by artisan producer Chef Michele Cremonese, Michele was born in Verona and trained in his family's Italian culinary traditions. This pasta brings generations of craftsmanship to every batch, which is made fresh, in small quantities, with the finest imported Italian flour and zero shortcuts.
